CBC news interview with Richard Worsfold
A class action lawsuit seeking $10 million in damages has been filed just more than one year after a five-alarm blaze destroyed a storage facility containing the personal possessions of approximately 200 tenants, who are now encouraged to come forward as class members.
Basman Smith LLP partner Richard Worsfold and litigation associate Reshma Kishnani filed the action on behalf of Aires Whytton da Silva, who seeks to be certified as representative plaintiff for all tenants who lost possessions in the fire.
